More Bug Fixes from The Truth Spy App
Yes, it is true. TheTruthSpy is spitting out new versions every month trying to fix the bugs created during the last version update! And yes, this means you must get the monitored phone into your hands in order to uninstall and reinstall the updated software!
Look at the image for this post. It is from the front page of the TTS website — and shows the "Release Version 7.1" … but if you keep reading, you will see "Whats new with version TheTruthSpy 7.3". They can't list the correct version on their front page!
Here is the latest update chart from TTS (taken from http://android.thetruthspy.com/all_releases.php/).
In the chart, you can see that new versions were issued every month (December, January, February, and March!).
If you hoover over each of the ".apk" listed, you will see that they don't like to the correct version! The link marked version 7.3 actually shows 7.0! Download links do not work!
The only way to find the true latest version, is to go to: http://android.thetruthspy.com/ On that page, you will see that the correct version is 7.3 and you can download it as this link actually works!
The version update log (http://thetruthspy.com/how-to-use-thetruthspy/whats-new-version-thetruthspy/) doesn't list any version update since 7.0 – so there is no way to know what they "fixed" in 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3.
Version after version after version: but read the comments and you will see that the software STILL stops updating after a few weeks and requires a re-install.
UPDATED: 12-5-2016: It appears that the Truth Spy is up to version 7.11 now. The front page still shows version 7.10 (from October 2016), but the apk is 7.11.
Remember, to upgrade, you must UNINSTALL old versions and install the new version.
